  Awful service at the front door. We tried to go here twice and the first day they wouldn't allow us to sit on the patio because they said they had a private event. So we sat on the patio at a restaurant nearby, watching the Ricaard's patio for the event to show...and no one ...for 2 hours the patio was empty. They second day we tried again and the hostess was too bothered to wipe the rain off the chairs and wouldn't allow our dog on the outdoor patio. So again, we went to another local spot that was uber welcoming to us and our calm and task trained yellow lab, even allowing to walk through the restaurant to get to the upstairs patio. Every other place we have been in Aspen and Snowmass have been dog friendly and hospitable, but these guys just think they are too good for everyone and the snob factor is high.

  We booked a table in person at noon, saw them enter it into their system; come 7:15 they had lost our reservation. Unluckily they managed to find us a table. Now on to the food. Subpar brie to start, not a large portion and massively over priced. Had fried chicken for main course that was worse than your typical fast food and costed $25. Although our waiter was good, the overall experience was 1 star.
